Epoxy Technician –
This position will support company operations by processing and creating composites, ceramics and quarter waves, completing process verification records accurately, and assist with other jobs in the Materials department. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented and able to follow printed instructions and documentation and possess the ability to be trained to use and maintain all measuring equipment in the department.
Process Engineer –
Develop and evaluate manufacturing processes, confirming system and product capabilities by designing feasibility and testing methods, improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow and equipment layout, lead and support the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process, manage manufacturing documentation required for product manufacturing, work with Product Engineering on new product development, complete design and development projects by training and mentoring technicians and prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. A Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or related technical field is required as well as 5 years of related experience. Strong knowledge of process engineering concepts, practices and procedures, excellent troubleshooting skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and a basic understanding of project management techniques are essential.
Engineering Technician –
We are seeking an Engineering Technician to join our growing team. This role will perform prototype and pre-production builds, support the documentation efforts resulting from these builds, and maintain established quality and productivity standards by reading and following written production instructions and ISO documented procedures. Successful candidates will be meticulous, detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple and changing priorities. At least four years of related experience, along with a strong knowledge of all the skills that are necessary to assemble a variety of ultrasonic transducers is required, including excellent soldering, adhesive bonding and precision assembly skills. In addition, good relationship building skills and the ability to effectively interact with others in performing assigned duties is required.
We are looking for assemblers to bond, mix epoxy, solder, attach wires/cable and assemble cable while using a microscope at times. Successful candidates need to be able to work independently but as part of the overall team, be highly motivated, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Other requirements include the ability to follow written and oral communication and the ability to learn other tasks related to assembly. Candidates must be able to work overtime during peak production times. Electronic assembly experience would be a plus but is not required – we are willing to train the right individuals who possess the desire to learn and grow with the company!
